Gloria Cairo has been the Administrator of Living Light School of Worship for the last ten years, starting in the role in 2006. In fulfillment to God’s words spoken over her life at a young age about being like an armor-bearer, it has been her great privilege to support the directors of the school and help them carry out what God has placed in their hearts for training up worshipers in any helpful way she is capable of doing! Gloria will most likely be the first person a prospective student has contact with and will also make sure the graduation certificates are ready to be received on that big day! Many schedules, documents, learning tools, and organizational tasks will pass through her hands in between the first and last day of school. Gloria plans most of the school’s main events, helps with international students’ visas, and also greatly enjoys being able to share life with the female students. She endeavors to set a godly example for them of loving the Lord with all her heart and “living in a manner that is worthy of the Gospel.” Phil 1:27
Gloria came to the school with ten years of administrative job experience. Having studied International Business at UW-Parkside, she served in an administrative role as an Executive Assistant for two different companies. She also lent her hand to volunteer work at the local Crisis Pregnancy Center for three years.
Born and raised in Kenosha – Gloria was blessed to marry her high school sweetheart, Steve, after both of them came to know the Lord as young adults. Celebrating twenty years of marriage and an ever-deepening friendship this year, Gloria marvels at the kindness of God to them in this, along with the generous gift of their three delightful children: Geneva (14), Gianni (11), and Evalie (5).
